Food A’Fair is a B2B trade event open only to registered industry professionals. Entry is restricted to trade visitors such as wholesalers, retailers, distributors, HoReCa professionals, and other food industry stakeholders. Family members, guests, and children under 18 who are not registered trade visitors are not permitted on the exhibition floor. This is in line with standard trade fair practices as well as venue safety and operational guidelines at HITEX, Hyderabad.
No animals or pets are permitted within the exhibition premises. This policy is enforced in accordance with general food safety and hygiene regulations applicable to food and beverage exhibitions. An exception is made only for certified guide dogs or registered service animals accompanying persons with disabilities, subject to prior written intimation to the organizers.
A baggage counter is available at the venue for temporary storage of personal belongings during the event. Please note that the organizers and venue management are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to items left at the facility or elsewhere within the premises. Visitors are advised to avoid carrying valuables. Large bags, trolleys, or any items deemed a security concern may be subject to screening or restricted entry at the discretion of event management.
